Mindfulness For Musicians

Mindfulness For Musicians is a 12 week online course via Zoom. The program is designed to guide musicians interested in overcoming performance anxiety and improving their musical skills through learning techniques of mindfulness, meditation, breathing, and effective practice habits. This program is open to all musicians with at least 1 year of experience, of any level or instrument including singers, who have a desire to become more effective as a performer. Each participant will receive 1 on 1 coaching, in a group setting several times throughout the program. Students are requested to prepare two pieces of music, one easy and one difficult, to be performed during their coaching sessions. Each seen will include opportunities for students to play with an accompanist.
